Absolute Thai Delivery Services
To use Absolute Thai Delivery services, users must first sign-up or login by key-in their login details as per registered. For new users, original/valid details are needed as per below:

For any existing or newly registered users, the details above are only limited to one member only.
Online Delivery Order
You can place order via I Love Thai Food mobile application or through www.absolutethai.com.my. The order history will include all selected items, delivery fees and taxes applicable to the order. Note that delivery fees may vary depending on the type of delivery partners selected along with restaurant location from user keyed-in address. We only accept payment via credit card, debit card, FPX online banking and selected e- wallet payments.
The minimum amount of RM25 is required for each online delivery order while a maximum order amount will be capped at RM300 as our delivery partners have limited bag capacity. You are advised to make a separate order if you would like to order more items once it exceeds RM250.
You shall review the selected item in the cart and delivery address before confirmation on the payment.
All orders are only successfully accepted once payments are made at the point of order.
The food delivery radius is limited depending on selected location from the nearest Absolute Thai outlet. However, whether the address is included as part of our delivery areas are subject to Absolute Thai Group of Restaurants absolute discretion. Schedule order is available base on outlets’ operations hour. Restaurant operational hour for delivery, self- pickup services and schedule orders may differ based on location and government rules and regulations.
The food delivery status for each order can be obtained from the mobile app.
Food delivery may be temporarily unavailable or delayed at selected areas depending on the traffic condition, delivery person availability, weather conditions and any other unforeseen technical issues.
The delivery person will call the customer if fail to locate customer’s location. If the delivery person fails to reach the customer after multiple attempts, it will be considered as “uncontactable”.
Product and Pricing Policies
All products and prices shown in app are applicable to Absolute Thai Group of Restaurants delivery services only and subject to change without prior notice. All products are subject to availability based on user location for delivery and selected restaurant for self-pickup orders. All products and pricing in the promotional bundle or set meals are fixed.
Cancel and Dispute Policies
If the customer found mistake in the order after payment done, the customer shall immediately call the outlet to cancel the order, order reference number shall be used to identify the transaction for cancellation. The amount charged to the payment cards will be credited to the card account within 10 working days subject to bank processing flow and admin fee charges. No cancellation is allowed if the kitchen has started the cooking.
Contact number of the outlet is available from the mobile app.
In the event of wrong / missing item delivery, customer shall call the outlet to inform the discrepancies or contact us via submitting a feedback form via mobile app itself under “Talk to Us” section.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any goods or services that we provide, please contact us by submitting a feedback form via mobile app itself under “Talk to Us” section within 24 hours with supporting documents and we will get back to you as soon as possible via email. Any dispute raised after 24 hours are subject to investigation.
Refund and Compensation Policy
Thank you for your purchase at Absolute Thai Group of Restaurants. We appreciate the fact that you like our food and enjoy the online service experience. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our food.
In the event a food menu and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product and/or service listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, a minimum of 5 working days are needed to issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.
ABT Reward Point (ABTRP)
For the appreciation of our members’ supports, we reward our members with 1 ABTRP for every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM 1) spent in our group of restaurants and online ordering except on purchases of alcohol and payment made for service charges (10%) and SST (6%). Earning of ABTRP differs based on the spending amount for the orders made and will only reflect once payment is made at point of order. ABTRP are not exchangeable for cash. However, it can be used to redeem e-Vouchers and Absolute Thai merchandise item that are subject to availability from time-to-time. Any points redeemed or deducted from user account are strictly non-refundable.
Absolute Thai Group of Restaurants reserves the right to change the earning of ABTRP, Rewards/Redemption Policy without prior notice at its soles discretion. In the event of an inaccuracy of earning points and records rewards/voucher redemption, users may directly contact Absolute Thai Group of Restaurants via by submitting a feedback form via mobile app itself under “Talk To Us” section.
Absolute Thai Group of Restaurants may offer various type of e-Voucher as part of the promotional campaigns. Kindly note that each e-voucher redemptions are subject to terms and conditions that are stated in the e-Vouchers. Absolute Thai Group of Restaurants reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole discretion.
